is better than less and we know that you appreciate having more information

E-Mail Mailing List
To be quickly informed of ALL new listings we acquire, please fill out
our submission form on the "Subscribe to Mailing List" page. It requests
contact information, type of property you are searching for, price range,
and which e-mail mailing you would like to receive: text format or HTML
(webpage) format. The text format is text only with no pictures. The
HTML format is like a webpage with graphics, pictures, and text. Once
you submit the form, it is automatically e-mailed to us and the information
is entered in our database. You will no longer have to constantly check
our website for new listings since information will be e-mailed to you
almost the same day it is listed!
Postcard Mailing List
For those who do not have an e-mail address or do not want to receive
information on ALL new listings, we have a postcard mailing list. Those
on this mailing list receive information ONLY on new listings that fit
their profile because this database is the only one that allows us to
search for buyers by property type and price range. The postcards feature
a detailed property description(s) and are mailed out soon after a property
is listed. If you prefer to be on this mailing list, simply fill out
the submission form on our "Contact Us" page and specify in the comments
box that you want to be on the postcard mailing list.
Minnesota Arrowhead Multiple
Listing Service (MLS)
We are a member of the Minnesota Arrowhead Multiple Listing Service,
a branch of the Duluth Association of Realtors. The MLS consists of
approximately 12 Northeastern Minnesota real estate firms. Ely has 5
participating offices, each linked with a common computer program that
is updated daily containing detailed information on listings from each
office. This is very convenient for a potential buyer because it allows
you to work with one agent instead of several and also saves you time
in visiting each real estate office to view their listings. We can provide
you with information on any listing from another office that is part
of the MLS because of our common computer program.
The real estate offices in our area that are part of the MLS together print a bimonthly Real Estate Guide with all their current listings and distribute them in area grocery stores, shops, gas stations, hotels/motels, etc.... Be sure to pick one up when you are in the area, and remember, we can assist you with any listing found in the MLS Guide.
