Moose Lake

Only twenty miles up the road from Ely and deep in the heart of the Superior National Forest lies Moose Lake. It covers over 1,300 acres and is only a few miles from Quetico Provincial Park, and on the perimeter of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. In fact, over half of Moose Lake is in the BWCAW providing several direct routes into the Boundary Waters right at your door step. Also, ninety-five percent of the land around Moose Lake is federally owned which ensures your privacy.

Moose Lake, in addition to it's beauty and clarity, boasts of large Bass, Walleye and Northern -- the fishing is simply fabulous. In a national forest, you're bound to spot one of your wildlife neighbors. The area is home to moose, deer and much more.
