Yahnke - Associate Broker/Appraiser, grew up on Bear Island Lake near Ely, where I enjoyed the summers swimming & boating and the winters skiing & snowmobiling; along with many other recreational activities the area has to offer. My husband, Colin, and I reside in Ely. I joined Bear Island Land Co., Inc. in January 2003. I am a graduate of the Herberger School of Business – with an emphasis in Brokerage & Management in the Real Estate Program at St. Cloud State University. With this degree, I received my Salesperson License & became an Appraiser. In order to stay on the leading edge of real estate trends, Charlie and I have teamed up to provide better service to our clients. We work together as a partnership to ensure every one of our clients is taken care of as quickly as possible and with top-notch quality and care. Most of the buyers and sellers I work with are selling or buying properties for vacation homes, 2nd homes, retirement, lake homes or cabins, or a cozy cabin in the woods.
