(Charlie) Chernak - Owner/Real Estate Broker, graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a BBA
in Business. He later obtained an Associate Degree in Land Surveying
and is presently a licensed Land Surveyor and also the owner of
Bear Island Surveying. Charlie was employed by the U.S. Forest Service
here in Ely for thirteen years as a Land Surveyor. He and his wife
Sue founded Bear Island Land Co. in 1995. Together they have blended
the land based characteristics of these two professions into one
company. Remember, under it all is the land!
