Kate Davies - Realtor I have had a love of the Ely area since I was a young girl enjoying the outdoors at Camp Widjiwagan. I grew up in Southwest Minneapolis and graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. I made the move to Ely in 1998 and received my real estate license in 2001. I have a very strong sales and marketing background, a sharp understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions and unique public relations skills. I possess a willingness to go beyond the call of duty for all of my clients. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, my love of Ely, my understanding of the importance of family, investments and a place to call home make me a very important asset to all of your real estate needs. I specialize in residential, lake/vacation homes, commercial businesses, investment property and raw land.

I live just outside of town with my husband, Brett, son Will, and 7 sled dogs. We love being outdoors enjoying all of the beautiful seasons Ely has to offer. Whether it's dog sledding, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, or picking blueberries, we enjoy the outdoors year round.

In addition to real estate, I also manage several rental properties including two for my parents who purchased 40 acres in Ely a few years ago. It was great to see them make such a great investment decision while also opening up many options for them financially as they approach retirement.
